Guten Tag liebe Community,
Vor 2 Tagen erhielt ich eine Mail von einem Interessenten für eine meiner Domains. Nach einigen weiteren Kontakten bot mir der Interessent 15.000 USD, also ca. 11.000 Euro. Hinzufügte er, dass er ein Zertifikat eines Domaingutachtens, dem er Vertraut, verlange.

Leider habe ich ein wenig Bedenken, dass das Gutachten meine Domain für einen niedrigeren Preis schätzt, und somit mein Gewinn sinkt. Kann man das irgendwie verhinden?!

Dann kommen wir nun zu einer neuen Frage. Ich habe vorher Abwicklungen etc über Sedo gemacht. Da mein jetziger Interessent engländer ist, weis ich nicht, wo man seine Domains nun bewerten lassen soll, was möglichst international ist. Oder ist Sedo gut?

Auf was legt Sedo bei der Begutachtung der Domain (für 29 EUR) wert? Was und wie begutachten sie die Domain? Was sind die Faktoren, die den Preis ausmachen?

lösch die mail und vergiss es, das ist bekannter spam.

1. firma täuscht kaufinteresse vor, hat viel geld, möchte investieren, aber er ist meisten bisschen doof, findet aber domain super
2. Will ein Domaingutachten
3. Du hörst nie mehr von ihm... er ist affliate für domaingutachten.....

Oh man. Und ich habe mich schon gefreut.
Nur wie kommen die denn darauf, dass ich meine Domain verkaufen will?
Die Domain ist momentan verlinkt auf eine Homepage von mir und steht keineswegs zum Verkauf.
Versuchen die einfach auf "Gutglück" ?

What is your preferred payment method:  Escrow.com, International wire
transfer, PayPal.com or something else?

Ich habe denen nun zurückgeschrieben, dass der angegebene Preis zu niedrig ist, ist er auch in der Tat.
Aber ich habe mal ein Angebot von 50,000 USD zurückgeschrieben, was natürlich viel zu teuer ist.

Mal schauen was kommt ^^.
