Wenn du Rootrechte am Server hast, kannst du eine IP Reihenfolge in eine Firewallsoftware eintragen (iptables), damit werden Anfragen an den Webserver gleich blockiert.
Oder du machst es über eine Scriptlösung.. frägst also vorher immer die IP des Benutzers ab und vergleichst es mit einer Länder IP-Liste

Sofern man die IP-Ranges eines Landes kennt, kann man das machen. Aus Gründen der Systemlast empfiehlt es sich, das auf Firewallebene, also weit unten zu machen.

ich habe keine Ahnung wie man das macht, aber ich weiß das es geht.

das ist ein Radioprogramm bei der man Titel und Interpreten wählen kann und dann wird der Song automatisch gespielt.
Für DE ist dieser Service aufgrund von Rechtsstreiterein (Urherber) gesperrt.
