Your phone most likely. How much costs a generic simcard neowadays?
Alternatively:
  1. You can also get a number of Zadarma, Mobile number and get your SMS in their webplattform.
  2. Ask a friend.
  3. Should you speak spanish, go to forobeta there you have bundles of people accepting codes on SMS.
  4. etc..
Or the service you are announced on the kleinanzeigen Forum :)
 
There is a bunch of these out there. Just do a quick google search and type in the name of the country.
